Speed  & Distance Program

 

Training programs that are custom tailored to each individual, 

The needs for Individuals to have programs built specifically for one another is paramount, we all have a different body type, different time constraints, Training age development with many more other factors involved in how to actually actually have a program that best suits your specific needs, 

With a back ground as not only a personal trainer, a nutrition adviser to competitors of bodybuilding, and a competitive powerlifter.

 

My Experience in the training environment is well versed. as i am now Tpi Power 2 certified, along with hours upon hours of personal research and discussion with peers along my journey. all of this is what had allowed me to break the world ballspeed record in 2023 just a week prior to my 40th birthday.

Each 16 week program consists of certain components depending on the individuals starting points, we must take time, training age, work/life balance access to equipment and much more all into the equation.

 

Everyone recieves:

Coaching package for 16 Weeks

(Full season coaching available also send msg to inquire)

 

1-intake form( to be filled in as detailed as possible)

 

2- initial swing assessment online:video breakdown and things to work on, also let's me see what could be weak and need work before building a proper training program

 

3-block periodized training plan for the gym and hitting schedule(16 week phasic structure peaking at the end)

 

4- bi-monthly swing updates(twice a month)

: assessment overview update if needed on swing modifications 

 

5-nutrition guide(includes recovery strategies)this is what let's you have all the work you put in get to where you need it to with the proper nutrition, Very much under utilized in the industry in general

 

6- PDF guide download keys to distance: at pace learning and reading to understand speed and all its parts

7- MYTPI stretching and mobility program guided video Mobility made for each individual.
